Please be assured that in spite of the current challenges presented by the Covid Virus and the national lockdown that we are currently facing, Handling Concepts is fully operational. Our design and support teams are safely working from home whilst our production and service teams continue to operate responsibly in our factory and on the road following the guidance on social distancing, wearing masks, hand sanitising etc and we are now testing all of our staff twice weekly. Most sales enquiries will be managed remotely via video calls but our sales engineers are available to visit customers when required.
We will soon be in touch with customers to ensure that annual service requirements are booked and that you have any necessary spares to keep your handling equipment in good order.
In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact us if we can be of more imminent assistance.
