Our service team is on hand to deliver preventative maintenance to avoid down-time and disruption caused by breakdowns and parts fatigue. We will carry out LOLER PUWER and thorough inspections during your annual service visit. We offer critical spares packages to ensure that you have what you need at hand. We are happy to provide this service for non-Handling Concepts equipment. Where breakdowns or repairs are required, we will respond promptly to resolve the problem.
As we start the new year with a significant amount of uncertainty, we would like to wish our customers, suppliers, colleagues and friends a safe, happy and prosperous 2021.
Please be assured that in spite of the current challenges presented by the Covid Virus and the national lockdown that we are currently facing, Handling Concepts is fully operational. Our design and support teams are safely working from home whilst our production and service teams continue to operate responsibly in our factory and on the road following the guidance on social distancing, wearing masks, hand sanitising etc. Most sales enquiries will be managed remotely via video calls but our sales engineers are available to visit customers when required.
We will soon be in touch with customers to ensure that annual service requirements are booked and that you have any necessary spares to keep your handling equipment in good order.
