Pneumatic Gripper With Powered 90° Rotation
A pneumatic grip and powered 90° rotate attachment combines powered gripping with controlled powered rotation, allowing products to be lifted, rotated and positioned with minimal operator effort.
Each attachment is designed around your product geometry and handling process. Pneumatic cylinders provide reliable gripping force, while the powered rotation mechanism enables smooth movement between horizontal and vertical orientations. This makes the attachment ideal for applications where products must be presented in different orientations during manufacturing, assembly or inspection processes.
P.O. check valves lock the gripping pressure into the cylinder until the release buttons are pressed. This ensures safe gripping even if the pneumatic lines are cut.
The result is a safe, efficient and repeatable handling solution that reduces manual intervention whilst improving process consistency.

Best for:
Applications requiring powered gripping and controlled 90° rotation, particularly where products need to be transferred between horizontal and vertical working positions. Most suited for use on jib cranes or smaller XY workshop cranes where a pneumatic supply can be easily added.
