Pneumatic grip and rotate lifting attachment
A pneumatic grip and manual rotate attachment combines powered gripping with manual rotation, allowing products to be securely lifted, repositioned and presented at the required orientation.
P.O. check valves lock the gripping pressure into the cylinder until the release buttons are pressed. This ensures safe gripping even if the pneumatic lines are cut.
Each attachment is designed around your product geometry and handling process. Pneumatic cylinders provide reliable gripping force at the press of a button, while bearings set on the centre of gravity allow loads to be safely reoriented between processes. This provides an efficient solution where powered gripping is desirable but powered rotation is not required.
The result is a safe, reliable and economical handling solution that reduces operator effort whilst maintaining full control of product positioning.

Small: for products measuring 0–1 m
Large: for products measuring 1–2 m
Best for:
Applications requiring friction gripping and manual product rotation, particularly where products must be re-orientated between manufacturing, assembly or inspection processes. Most suited for use on jib cranes or smaller XY workshop cranes where a pneumatic supply can be easily added. The operator will need good access to perform the manual rotation – if this is not possible, then powered rotation is recommended

Jaw profiles, contact materials, control locations, rotation axes and rotation stops can all be customised to suit the application. Rotation can be free-moving, indexed to specific positions or limited to defined angles depending on process requirements.
We can also offer hydraulic grips, manual grips and grippers without rotation too.
