Pneumatic Grip With Powered 360° Rotation
A pneumatic grip and powered 360° rotate attachment combines powered gripping with continuous powered rotation, allowing products to be lifted, rotated and positioned at any required angle during handling operations.
Each attachment is designed around your product geometry and handling process. Pneumatic cylinders provide reliable gripping force, while the powered rotary mechanism enables smooth, controlled rotation throughout the full 360° range. This makes the attachment ideal for manufacturing, assembly and inspection applications where products must be turned over or presented in multiple orientations.
P.O. check valves lock the gripping pressure into the cylinder until the release buttons are pressed. This ensures safe gripping even if the pneumatic lines are cut.
The result is a safe, efficient and highly versatile handling solution that reduces manual intervention whilst improving process consistency and operator control.

Best for:
Applications requiring powered gripping and turnover or continuous 360° rotation, particularly where products need to be accessed, assembled or inspected from multiple angles during the handling process. Most suited for use on jib cranes or smaller XY workshop cranes where a pneumatic supply can be easily added

Jaw profiles, contact materials, control locations, rotation axes and stopping positions can all be customised to suit the application. Rotation can be continuous, limited to specific angular ranges or configured with indexed stopping positions depending on process requirements.
We can also offer standard pneumatic grips, reduced 90° rotation and fixed-power electric/hydraulic rotating grips too.
