Manual Single Jaw Gripper
A manual single jaw gripper provides a simple and effective way to lift products from dedicated features without relying on friction grip or external power sources.
Each gripper is designed around your product geometry and handling process. One jaw remains fixed while the other is manually moved into place and secured with an index plunger or clamp, allowing products to be engaged and lifted from suitable features, edges or undercuts. This creates a robust, economical solution for lower-frequency lifting tasks where simplicity, reliability and operator control are the priorities.

Small: for products measuring 0–1 m
Large: for products measuring 1–2 m
Best for:
Products with suitable lifting features that can be engaged by opposing jaws. The operator will need to be able to reach the part to engage and disengage the grip.
