Battery powered grip and rotate lifting attachment
A battery powered electric or hydraulic grip and powered 360° rotate attachment combines fully powered gripping with continuous powered rotation, without requiring electrical or pneumatic services at the crane hook.
Each attachment is designed around your product geometry and handling process. The self-contained battery system powers both gripping and rotation functions, allowing products to be lifted, manipulated and positioned at any angle whilst maintaining complete freedom from fixed power connections.
This makes the attachment particularly suitable for facilities with multiple cranes, temporary workstations or applications where crane-mounted services are unavailable. Supplied complete with a spare battery and charger, it delivers maximum flexibility whilst maintaining high levels of safety, control and productivity.

Jaw profiles, contact materials, control locations, rotation axes and grip mechanisms can all be customised to suit the application. Rotation can be continuous, limited to specific angular ranges or configured with indexed stopping positions depending on process requirements.
We can also offer non-rotating battery grips, pneumatic rotating grips and fixed-power electric/hydraulic rotating grips too.
