We design and build bespoke machines to fulfil a particular need. Usually the purpose can be summarised as the re-orientation of a component to suit a production process requirement. Using combinations of mechanical design, pneumatic, electric or hydraulic power and modern control systems we have produced machines handling from a few kilograms to 10 tons in weight. |

We produce a wide range of telescopic column manipulators suitable for mounting under crane rails - the AsistMate range has capabilities up to 1000KG. We also offer a range of conventional pneumatic arm manipulators. Both types of device are offered with bespoke tooling heads suited to lifting and manipulation of the component in question along with comprehensive installation, training and service programmes. |
