After Sales Service

Service and Repair

Whether it is a routine service or a breakdown repair, we believe that equipment is best cared for by the people who designed, built and commissioned it. Repairing someone else's well intentioned mistakes can prove to be a very costly process.

Ensuring that your equipment is well serviced is an investment that will help your business avoid costly production disruptions, whilst minimising the risk of injury to your staff.

Implications for service are to be found in the "LOLER" Regulations (See Regulation 9.3.a). The regulations require that lifting equipment is inspected every 12 months by a ‘competent person' and that records are maintained detailing these inspections. Our service engineers undertake the installation and commissioning of our products and, therefore, have an in depth knowledge of individual customers and their equipment.

The Handling Concepts Service Contract offers annual or bi-annual inspections and service of all equipment supplied by us. We can provide a comprehensive package for the equipment we supply. Our Safety Management system is registered under the CHAS scheme to give you peace of mind about the way we approach the task when on your premises.

Let us deal with your service requirements and your equipment will remain in safe hands giving you peace of mind in return.

Training

Handling Concepts offer in-house training to ensure that all your staff are qualified to use the equipment safely and efficiently. We will tailor each training package to precisely meet your specific requirements and issue training certificates to suit, helping you comply with the obligations presented by "LOLER".
